Lennar will update you on area shopping, dining, places of worship, schools, parks and recreation and more! Your dedicated CRM will also provide you with utility providers and contact numbers so you can swiftly be on your way to an easy move-in.
Say Cheese! Your CRM will be taking photos of your new home in its various stages so you can experience the exciting progress. Leave it to us to capture these moments you’ll treasure forever.
As you near your closing date, your CRM will stay ‘front and center’ by ensuring you’ve confirmed with your utility companies to go live come your move-in day. Rest-assured, any related pre-closing questions will also happily be addressed during this time.
With Lennar’s signature “Home Demonstration,” your CRM will schedule a day and time where you will walk the property together and get to know your new home inside and out.
Just before this most exciting day, your CRM will personally contact you to manage any items which may require a little extra attention. He/she will arrange service calls, book your appointments, and finally, follow up with an official “Lennar Sign-Off.”
About 10 days after closing on your brand new home, your CRM will pay you a visit to make sure everything in and around the home is to your complete satisfaction. If that’s not the case, he/she will work to rectify any issues and follow up with the official “Lennar Sign-Off.”
